So face cloud CDN built-in backups improve security and DDoS protection are all part of their plans. Storm PPS cloud servers are customizable servers of many different sizes and configurations, all in a shaded cloud environment. There are several levels of VPS hosting available depending on the amount of RAM processing, power and disk space. So it’s up to you to go check out their plans and see what exactly you need and depending on your budget that choice is entirely up to you.

Cloud hosting plans. They also include instant provisioning and daily billing, so you can tailor your plan on the fly and only pay for what you actually use. As I mentioned briefly at the beginning of this article, LiquidWeb’s support and customer service are very, very well regarded; people rave about them. Their highly trained support staff is available via live chat, phone and support tickets. So Liquid Web really guarantees the response time to your support requests. Phone calls and live chat. I don’t know how they maintain this speed of customer support, but they do, and it’s absolutely amazing, hats off to them for maintaining this and getting such good customer support!

People are very, very happy with it, myself included, and I’m sure you will be too. Their staff members are trained to take ownership of your problem, so your ticket won’t be passed on until it’s resolved. That’s why they can do it so quickly. Liquidweb customers rave about their incredible customer service. The support staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that arise. Liquidweb has made great promises about customer service. They promise to answer phone calls in less than a minute.

Well, let’s talk about that uptime guarantee because they have some crazy promises of 100% ok download time, Liquid Web reviews often mention the exceptional uptime of hosting companies, unlike most LiquidWeb hosting companies. Like I just said, they promise 100% uptime, which most don’t, most just make sure, like 99.9% or something, but Liquid Web doesn’t. They promise you. They guarantee you 100% download time. And you know very well the download time of your site is very important because it allows your customers or readers to easily surf on your site and stay there…

If they don’t keep their promise. You can receive a 10x downtime credit for dedicated server clients. They also offer a 30 minute hardware replacement guarantee. This means that any faulty server hardware will be replaced within 30 minutes of the problem being identified.

Let me quickly explain the pros and cons of Liquid Web.

So LiquidWeb is a very popular web hosting company, but it may not be for everyone. You need to consider the pros and cons before choosing a plan.

The advantages are as follows:

You get super fast hosting. All Liquid web hosting plans are optimized for fast page loading. Many customer reviews mention the speed of the hosting. There are no plugin limits and like other managed wordpress hosting providers, liquidweb does not prohibit any plugins.

You can use any WordPress plugins you want on your site and they also have a guaranteed uptime, which I mentioned above of 100% and will offer you a one thousand percent credit for any downtime and last but not least, their outstanding customer support

But there are some drawbacks, like most good things in life,

The disadvantages are as follows:

The disadvantages of liquidweb are that they do not have shared hosting liquidweb, does not offer shared hosting plans at all. The target audience includes high traffic sites that need managed hosting, WordPress hosting or dedicated server hosting.

Another drawback, no money back guarantee.

Indeed, Liquidweb does not offer a money back guarantee. However, you are not bound by any contract and you can cancel your service at any time. If you have prepaid, you can still get a refund for any full month of service you don’t use, you just need to give them notice before the start of that month.

Finally, higher costs with liquidweb hosting plans. They are more expensive than many cheap hosting providers. But, you get 100% of what you paid for.

Do I really recommend LiquidWeb? Absolutely, but only if you know what you are doing and this is not your first website for a beginner building his first website, I would recommend Bluehost.

To make my point clearer, I’ll allow myself a brief comparison of the two hosting companies.

LiquidWeb is an independently managed and operated web hosting company. And unlike traditional website hosting companies like Bluehost, it only provides managed hosting services for VPS and dedicated servers, it doesn’t really provide common plans like shared hosting, cloud hosting or managed WordPress hosting, or just managed hosting in general, it provides these very specific niche plans.

Now, the first thing we need is to compare the speeds and availability of these two website hosting platforms. So when you do a speed test, when you test them both and compare them to see which one is faster, it’s actually very close, they’re so incredibly close that it’s only by a few degrees that you find a faster result at liquidweb.

Then we have ease of use, which without a doubt goes to Bluehost. Because Bluehost provides a great service to novice users. It’s incredibly beginner-friendly, and they provide access to cPanel and custom cPanel.

Bluehost provides one-click WordPress installations and a bunch of different features that make it easy to use. Whereas liquidweb isn’t really as focused on that because their services are so niche. So, without a doubt, Bluehost wins this comparison.

If you compare features, it’s very close once again, but I’m going to have to give this point to Bluehost. Mainly because of their wider range of plans and availability.

So I feel like Bluehost just has a wider variety of features overall. So this one I was a newbie I would go with Bluehost.

Support and customer service

Bluehost and LiquidWeb are very similar to each other. They both provide technical support through different means like phone and live chat, which is a big plus. And overall, there isn’t a gigantic difference between their two support options. If I had to choose one, I would choose LiquidWeb. But that’s more of a personal question, because overall, I’ve had good experiences with LiquidWeb’s customer support. Secondly, if we look at the prices, it’s not really a competition because Bluehost, besides offering a free domain name and a free SSL certificate, starts at about $2.95 per month, while Liquid Webs’ cheapest hosting plan is about $19 per month.
